When you have decided to contract using your own limited company, then your payable contractor tax will be divided into two different sectors; one you pay individually and the other you pay through your company. The IR35 will determine these taxes after monitoring the status of your contract. If you fall within some of the clauses of IR35, you may have to pay higher taxes. The better way is to avoid IR35 and try not to get caught into it.
